A Heart of GOLD

Bride is walked down the aisle by man who received her father’s heart.


The 72-year-old man said he was stunned and thought,

"Oh my God, it’s so perfect"

that she would want her dad’s heart at the wedding.”


"I was just so 'blessed' that he was there with us."



Approximately 3,500 heart transplants are performed every year in the world, more than half of which occur in the US.
