The 2nd amendment gave the right to bear arms. The "arms" at that time were flint lock muzzle loading rifles that took 3 to 5 minutes to fire a single shot. Those rifles were also 5 or 6 feet long. They were not rapid fire automatic people killers that they are today. Ban all rapid fire weapons.
