Can I make a citizens arrest every time I see a bicycle break the law?

If I get on a tricycle and cruise down the Pat Bay Hwy for kicks, is this ok with you all ?


I would be arrested , and fined , its called impeding traffic! Along with many other dangerous tickets im sure.

However our motor vehicle act seems to contradict itself on this one for bicycles being on our roadways.

    Damn bikers. Since they think they own the road, then they should be made to take drivers tests and pay licence fees and insurance fees.
